BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Prepare the space.
Keep the evidence.
A little planning helps the visit—but the instructions for your agreed treatment always come first.

A PRACTICAL RUN-UP
Start with the appointment instructions.
Preparation differs by pest and method. Do not use a generic checklist to override the instructions you have been given.
Confirm the plan
Check the date, affected areas and who will provide access. Tell us about children, pets, access limitations and earlier treatment.
Make inspection possible
Ask what needs moving before you start. Keep a safe route to the agreed areas; do not dismantle fixed fittings or move heavy furniture alone.
Keep useful observations
Note the date and location of signs. A safely taken photograph can help. Do not handle droppings or approach a nest to gather evidence.
Avoid spreading the problem
Do not move potentially affected furniture or belongings between rooms without advice. Ask before adding sprays, powders or other DIY treatments.
BED-BUG APPOINTMENTS
Bagging, laundry and access:
follow the specific guide.
The right preparation depends on the work agreed. Read your instructions before stripping beds, washing items or moving belongings.
If you cannot complete a requested step, let us know before the visit. It is better to agree an alternative than to discover an access or preparation problem on arrival.

YOUR NEXT STEP
Tell us what you have noticed.
Share the signs and your property address. We will discuss the work, price and availability before you book.
