AFTER THE VISIT
Keep the plan
working.
Returning home, cleaning and monitoring depend on the treatment actually carried out. Keep your job-specific instructions close.

FIRST THINGS FIRST
Do not guess
the return time.
- Re-entry & room use
- Follow the stated exclusion and re-entry instructions for people and pets. If the timing or an instruction is unclear, ask before using the affected space.
- Cleaning & laundry
- Check when and where cleaning is appropriate. Do not wash away a treatment or disturb monitoring equipment simply to restore the room quickly.
- Traps, bait & monitors
- Leave equipment in the agreed position. Do not move, open or handle it unless specifically instructed; keep children and animals away.
- Fresh signs & follow-up
- Record the date, exact place and type of activity. Share changes with the technician and follow the agreed review plan rather than layering on DIY products.
STAY IN TOUCH
A useful update
is a specific one.
Tell us which room, when the sign appeared and whether anything has changed since treatment. Include a photo only if it is safe to take one.
Where a further visit or repair was recommended, keep track of it separately. Treatment, monitoring and sealing an entry route may be different stages of the plan.

YOUR NEXT STEP
Tell us what you have noticed.
Share the signs and your property address. We will discuss the work, price and availability before you book.
