PLAN AROUND YOUR HOUSEHOLD

Your home.
Your people.
Your pets.

Children, animals and daily routines belong in the treatment conversation from the beginning.

TELL US BEFORE THE VISIT

The small details
can change the plan.

Children & household needs
Mention babies, children, pregnancy, sensitivities and any rooms that cannot easily be kept out of use. Share only the information needed to plan the work.
Pets of every kind
Tell us about dogs, cats, fish, birds and other animals, including tanks, cages, bedding and feeding areas—not only the pets that roam the home.
Access & routines
Explain who will be present, how animals can be kept away from working areas, and any difficulty with temporary exclusion or returning later.

BEFORE, DURING & AFTER

Make the instructions
work for your home.

Ask which areas will be treated, what needs covering or moving, whether anyone needs to leave and when rooms can be used again.

If an instruction is difficult to follow, raise it before the appointment. The answer should be a practical agreed plan, not a blanket claim that every method is universally safe.
