Depending on the pest, materials and extent of activity, options may include targeted steam, physical removal, cleaning guidance, suitable monitoring and reducing hiding places.
Steam treats the places it reaches; it is not the same as heating an entire room. Monitoring reveals activity but may not treat it.
RODENT PROBLEMS
Access & control
An assessment can consider entry routes, appropriate proofing, trapping and monitoring without rodenticide where suitable.
Gaps should not be sealed indiscriminately. Animals may remain inside, and ventilation, drainage and fire-safety features must be preserved.
THE PROPERTY COMES FIRST
Choose what is suitable. Understand its limits.
No single method suits every infestation. Some situations need a combined approach, further investigation or more than one visit.
Tell us your preferences and household needs. If a proposed approach involves insecticides or rodenticides, ask why, where they would be used and what precautions apply. A poison-free method still needs a safety assessment.
