QUOTATIONS, NOT GUESSWORK

Know the scope.
Know the cost.

A useful quote starts with the right information—not a price that overlooks the property or the work required.

Discuss your property

WHAT SHAPES THE QUOTE

The details make
the difference.

The pest & the evidence
Describe the sightings, noises or damage, how long they have been present and whether anyone has already attempted treatment.
The property & the extent
Tell us the affected rooms, beds, furniture or external areas. Access, concealed spaces and shared parts may affect the work.
Treatment & prevention
An inspection, treatment programme, proofing and building repairs are different scopes. Establish what is included and what is separate.
Visits & follow-up
Confirm the proposed visits, any monitoring or follow-up, and what happens if further work is recommended.

MAKE YOUR ENQUIRY COUNT

A few useful details
go a long way.

Include your postcode, property type and the signs you have noticed. Photographs can help if they can be taken safely.

For bed bugs, include bedrooms, beds and other affected furniture. For rodents, mention access points and cupboards. For bird or roof work, describe height and safe access without climbing to investigate.
